Ready to deepen your connection to God and serve your community?

Become a Lay Eucharistic Minister (LEM) or a Lay Eucharistic Visitor. LEMs are lay persons who assist the clergy at the Altar and administer the wine during communion. Lay Eucharistic Visitors (LEVs) are responsible for taking the Sunday Eucharist to parishioners who are not able to attend regular services in the parish due to illness. This ministry is always performed immediately following the Sunday Eucharist. Persons who have an existing ministry of visitation or pastoral care are especially encouraged to consider serving as LEVs. If this calling interests you, please contact Deacon Maria at 303.688.0603 to find out about training and time requirements.

Or, if you have a strong voice and are able to prepare for the service ahead of time, consider becoming a Lector. Lectors read the lessons from Holy Scripture and the Prayers of the People during the liturgy. Training will be provided to anyone who is interested in this ministry.  All you need to do is commit to preparing lessons ahead of time so they are read well. All readers serve at the discretion of the rector.  To sign up, please contact Deacon Maria at 303.688.0603.
